And so continues the list. (based on origins of my DLC University Presentations)
Staying in strong physical shape only makes sense when you consider that your brain is likely functioning on a par with the rest of your body. The brain being rather important to keep healthy and strong in order to do what we do well!
Tim Ferriss always puts together an interesting piece. Another set of reference books that I like to have a hard copies of laying around.
I suggest starting with The 4-Hour Body as it is without doubt the most interesting book I have read on fitness hacks.
My own personal Key-Takeaways were to increase protein intake, slow down my reps at the gym, and ultimately to increase the intensity of my focus every minute I am in the gym. Thereby reducing how much time I need to spend there. I am stronger than before I adopted some of the concepts and exercises in this book and rarely hit the gym for longer than 25 min twice or three times per week.
For food lovers there is also The 4-Hour Chef. Well wroth digging into.
Both books are massive doorstops and best enjoyed in Hardcover form over a period of months, even years. I keep going back for more tidbits.
Enjoy, and pass it on!
